Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time might extend to up to 7 days in high volume seasons including but not limited to holidays, new releases and sales event, in such case you will be notify via mail fro any additional delays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Overnight Shipping Rates and Estimates
All order shipped with overnight shipping will be shipped the same day of placed before 1pm Pacific time, every orders placed after 1pm Pacific will be shipped following business days. Overnight shipping is handled by Usps and in rare events might take 2 businesses days. In the event you order doesn’t arrive in 1 business days, we will open a claim with USPS and try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to all continental US orders.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within Los Angeles county. For orders under $300, we charge $20 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am-8pm on Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the all countries serviced bill UPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@paradiseand.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@paradiseand.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
