Certain PARADISE & Co. garments are produced after an order is placed.

Made-to-order garments typically require 7–10 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Standard made-to-order products remain eligible for returns under our published Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized or individually customized products may be excluded from voluntary returns, as disclosed before purchase and subject to applicable law.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except as permitted by law.

Applicable sales taxes and any additional charges will be displayed during checkout.

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PARADISE & Co. offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for complimentary U.S. shipping.

For made-to-order garments:

Estimated production and processing time: 7–10 business days.
Estimated U.S. shipping transit time after dispatch: 3–7 business days.
Estimated total fulfillment and delivery time: approximately 10–17 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipping, where available, may involve additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We will work with customers to resolve shipping issues in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept eligible returns requested within 15 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of return approval, with additional processing time potentially required by the payment provider.
